In this 14-session course eminent Bible Scholar Don Carson takes us through
the highlights of the story of the Bible with a focus on the God who is behind
this great book. We will be looking at God in the 14 sessions below and how
he relates to life today. This isn't just theoretical discussions but real-life
issues that affect us everyday. How can God make a difference in your life?
Come and find out. This is for
those who are not Christians but are seeking
to find out more about God
for those Christians who have decided that it is
time to understand more about their faith and how it conveys God to them
and
even for the skeptic who realizes that while he/she criticizes the Bible
they really don't know much about what is says
My hunch is that as you start to
discover the real God of the Bible some of you will be drawn to Him in a personal
way.

Course Information
Dear Parents,
Darwin Park Community Church is pleased to announce the DPCC
Football Course especially designed for your children.
We are partnering with Sports Pursuits founded by ex-professional footballer
Derek Jefferson. The children will benefit from the expertise of Derek
and his level 2 qualified coaches/CRB checked. The aim of the course
is to give children a constructive activity during the holiday time.
Additionally the course will instill football skills as well as self-esteem,
confidence and respect for one another. The children will be coached
in groups according to their age (so bring a friend!). We will have
a break each day for lunch, requiring the children to bring a packed
lunch from home. Parents are encouraged to stay and watch if and when
able. On Friday the last day there will be a presentation ceremony
after lunch. All are invited!
